Unit Franchise Agreement Forms

  • TAB provides Master Franchisees with a unit franchise agreement form to serve as a template to develop your unit Franchise Agreements. Once you have modified this document to comply with your country’s regulations, we will review for consistency with the TAB system. TAB’s General Counsel will also be able to offer advice on negotiating franchise agreements, communicating with Unit Franchisees, compliance and working with outside counsel.

Confidential Evaluation Profile - Becoming a Master Franchisee

  • TAB will ask that you complete certain evaluation forms including a personal profile, financial statement, resume, references and a description of all relevant business experience.
  • TAB uses this information in its confidential evaluation process for all prospective Master Franchisees.
  • TAB must be confident that prospective Master Franchisees are capable of and properly positioned to achieve success for their Master Franchise business and for their franchisees.

Discovery Day at TAB World Headquarters

  • If both of us feel that the TAB Master Franchise opportunity may be a good fit for you, we will invite you to our World Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, USA, to meet with our corporate executive team.
  • We will discuss with you our analysis of the demographics and other pertinent information for your potential exclusive Master Franchise territory.

The Next Step

Once we both believe you would be a successful Master Franchisee, we encourage you to speak with the franchisees in our system. Once a mutual decision is reached for you to become a TAB Master Franchisee, we will schedule the dates of your Initial Training and the dates for launching your first TAB Board.
