For more than a decade, Rick has worked alongside business owners and leadership teams to improve performance, clarity, and quality of life. His personal experience as a business owner equips him to understand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, business growth and ownership exit planning.

Rick has held CEO and Board positions in several businesses, operating regionally and on a global basis. He led businesses which were publicly traded, privately owned, family owned, as well as those sponsored by private equity. He has led business acquisitions and divestitures.
