Pat received her B.S. from Texas Tech University and has addressed associations and groups at the local and national level, such as the American Council of Engineers, Intergraph-Power, Process & Marine, Independent Insurance Agents, Drake Beam Morin, American Business Women, Building Owners and Managers, American Institute of Architects, the University of Houston-Center for Entrepreneurship, Duke Energy and the American Women CPA’s.
Pat has overseen the placement of thousands of employees and worked with a wide variety of industries, from start-ups to major corporations, for over twenty years. As president of Tydeman Dolen, she consults with her clients on such employment issues as selecting, hiring and retaining the right people, addressing performance concerns, team building, succession planning, performance appraisals and leadership & management development.
