As Owner/President of TAB Boston West, Jason provides a powerful system of peer advisory boards, one-on-one Business Owner coaching, and proprietary tools to bring clients increased support, focus, alignment, and accountability so they can make progress and reach extraordinary personal and business goals.

Jason has led teams all over the world to thrive in difficult and changing times. Jason brings 25 years of business experience with organizations ranging from family businesses and start-ups to large publicly traded multi-national companies. He has expertise in Strategic Roadmaps, Strategy & Execution Methodology, Business set-up, Value Marketing, Pricing Strategy and tactics, Commercial excellence, M&A, Turnarounds, and Process Re-engineering. This unique combination of business experience puts Jason in a position to provide much-needed structure and planning for smaller businesses without smothering the entrepreneurial spirit which has fueled their success.

Jason received a B.S. in Operations Management from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Jason lives in Brookline, MA with his wife, two teenage children, and mini-bernedoodle. He enjoys running, skiing, cycling, traveling, and eating delicious food with family and friends.

At TAB Boston West Flavia helps forward-thinking business owners grow their businesses, increase profitability and improve their lives by leveraging local business advisory boards, private business coaching, and proprietary strategic tools and services.

Flavia has vast experience in investment banking, consumer behavior marketing, and performance coaching. Her passion is in helping business owners succeed in business and in life.

She started her career in finance at one of Brazil's leading investment banks in the early 90s - a golden era for Brazil. Followed by consumer marketing experience leading major consumer brands at L’Oreal Brazil.

Flavia is deeply motivated by helping people. Specifically, helping business owners reach their potential.

Flavia received a B.S. in Economics from PUC RJ in Brazil and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Flavia lives in Brookline, MA with her husband, Jason, two teenage children, and mini-bernedoodle. She loves running and being near the ocean.

As a TAB member, through the regular coaching sessions and monthly Board meetings, I gain invaluable mentor and peer support. The TAB ethos and coaching approach has helped me to plan personal and business goals and set direction.
