As a specialized entrepreneur with experience in extensive sales and sales leadership, Wayne has owned four businesses in his lifetime, ranging from $1M to $40M in revenue, and has strategically navigated through the intricacies of managing small, medium and Fortune 100 businesses. Wayne also has extensive IT experience in cloud, application modernization, artificial intelligence, analytics, security, and all aspects of digital infrastructure. Becoming a TAB Certified StratPro Facilitator has also sharpened his instincts in sales leadership and executive team alignment.
With a deep understanding that every business owner has individual needs, Wayne is fully equipped with tools that help collaborating business owners capitalize on market transitions and build positive culture. He demonstrates this not only by providing the ability to earn more profits, but the ability to overcome personal roadblocks, strengthen leadership and find a healthy work life balance, rejuvenating what it means to truly thrive. Drawing upon over 4 decades of business experience, his true passion lies in providing critical insight and personally accrued wisdom that empowers proven results. Currently, Wayne is the owner of The Alternative Board of the greater Fort Lauderdale area, including Weston, Sunrise, Plantation, Cooper City and Davie. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Miami.
