About Merrill Csuri, Owner/President

Merrill brings unique perspective from experience working with diverse leaders across sectors. At the United Nations, she facilitated thematic working groups that brought together business, university, and non-profit leaders. During a decade in tech startups, she held leadership roles focused on business operations and employee engagement, while providing executive coaching to CEOs on leadership development, team management, investor relations, and board dynamics.

Beyond the boardroom, Merrill happily shares life's adventures with her husband and two young boys in Bergen County. An enthusiastic runner who has completed two marathons and twelve half marathons (so far!), her passion for growth extends to various interests including hiking, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, and crafting. As a 2022 transplant from city to suburbia, she's expanding horizons from houseplants to home gardening. A true global citizen having visited 23 countries and 32 states, and attended four Olympic Games (and counting!).
