Phil Spensieri is a Certified TAB Facilitator and Strategic Business Leadership Coach with over 35 years of management, operations and financial experience in both large organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.

Over the last 15 years has guided business owners and executives in York Region to design and implement strategies with sound, reachable growth and profitability goals. At times these strategies have included comprehensive succession plans and the development of next generation managers. Overriding motivation is to help clients succeed.

He assists York Region business owners and executives of privately held businesses to focus on the performance of their organizations and achieve the results they desire.

Phil has the highest retention rate of all TAB Boards in North America and provides advice and guidance to over 40 individual small business owners. He is always looking for new members to join his boards and see how TAB helps businesses see their real value.

Bruce has 40 years of business behind him.

He has been an entrepreneur and was involved in several businesses in different industries from inception to exiting.

He has managed teams as large as 55 members and as small as 2 members, always able to focus on company values and growth.

Having been a TAB member before exiting his business, he was so appreciative and impressed with what TAB has to offer, he has now transitioned into the TAB Facilitator and Coaching role so he can help others experience the benefit, as he did first hand.

He is confident that with his many years of experience in different industries, and his desire to help others, he can share his experience, and help those he engages with to improve their businesses and their lives.
